What is Meditation?
Meditation ~ the
several beneficial effects. It is used to help relax, it can restore health and
balance, it helps one to become centered instead of side-tracked and it is also
used to help one to deepen a connection to themselves, often providing insight,
answers and guidance. The benefits to meditation generally come with practice,
so be patient if you are new to meditation. The relaxing and calming affects,
however, can be experienced early on.
Meditation ~ How to
Meditate For Beginners:
* Set a standard time
every day for meditation, preferably only for five minutes at day at first.
* If you have created
an altar for yourself, meditating in front of your altar will help to create
the intent, or purpose, of your meditation.
"goal" (there is no true goal; meditating has no real guidelines,
directions or objectives. It is about being with yourself, being aware of
yourself by giving yourself the time to be quiet, calm, and with yourself) is
to quiet your mind; to stop your thoughts and feelings.
* In order to quiet
your thoughts and feelings, allow yourself to "see" (eyes closed)
what ever appears in your mind's eye, usually geometrical shapes, images,
Why should I meditate
Suffering stress and
the need to chill out is a familiar state for many of us. Our world is fast,
furious and exciting. It can also be challenging, trying, demanding and
frightening. All of these situations produce stress, emotional reactions,
anxiety, worry and anticipation. Our bodies react to this in many ways. We produce far more adrenalin than we

How Does it Work ?
sine wave frequency generators were used to generate different frequencies in
the whole range of alpha waves ( from 8
- 12 Hz) it was found that a combination of frequencies consistently caused a
simultaneous body and mind relaxation.
You can now recreate
the effect for yourself by downloading the frequencies directly from the
internet and listening to them on headphones. The programmed lasts for 20
minutes and works every time ...............without fail.
How to Create An
Actually, creating an
altar for your self is easy! Where you make the alter and what you place at
your altar is important, but not as important as you reason for creating it.
A Loving Space All
An altar is meant to
help you keep yourself focused, to keep yourself balanced. It is a space for
just you, a space that is all your own. There can be a variety of different
purposes to an altar, but generally it is meant to help you in a purpose. In
The Four Agreements we learn that our words are powerful and truly affect our
lives. Creating an altar puts your words in action.
Very often altars
hold the purposes, or intent, of keeping a new agreement, such as being kind to
one self. Any meaningful items at your altar help remind you of your intent.
Common items are things like photos, meaningful trinkets, a note about what
your intent is, cloth (often used as a tablecloth for the altar items), a
journal, candle and incense. Just spending five minutes a day at your altar
with items you chose can remind you of what is important to you, of what you
wish to focus and concentrate on in your life.
We all have the
ability to be Telepathic
If you could have
your own natural telepathic and ESP ability enhanced scientifically.....would
you do it ? What possibilities would it give you?
This is an amazing
breakthrough in brainwave research. Using the little known 'Schumann resonance'
(the earths natural field resonance) supplemented by carefully selected Theta
harmonics your ability to read and transmit thoughts can be significantly enhanced.
So how does that work
We found that one of
the Schumann resonance frequencies had a particularly powerful ability to carry
human thought. This make s sense as it exactly matches the frequency of the
brain when in a deep trance state

formed. Broadband electromagnetic impulses fill this cavity and create the
Schumann resonance. The frequencies are generally consistent at the following
